Shipping:
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your online order. (excludes Sundays & Bank holidays).
UK Deliveries -
Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24
Larger Packages are sent via Parcel Force (Or similar tracked service)
The above delivery services aim to be with you in 24 hours, however in some cases this can take up to 2 days from dispatch.
Charges are automatically calculated at checkout on the approximate weight of your total order plus packaging.
International Deliveries -
Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship outside of the UK due to new customs, tariff and tax regulations for small businesses.
Damages:
We take every care to package your items securely, however in the unfortunate event of your goods arriving damaged, please send a photo of the damage and packaging by email to enquire about a refund.
Returns:
I do hope that you love your pottery, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item/s. Please send me an email titled ‘Returns’ to request a return and refund.
All return postage must be paid for by the customer and sent via a tracked delivery method. Every care must be made to package the goods carefully in the original packaging.
If goods are received back damaged or if the item is sent via a non tracked delivery method and are lost in the post - a refund will not be given.
Returns must be requested by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be received back within 7 days once your refund request has been authorised. The original postage charge will not be refunded for returns.
